Our clinic requires an appointment for smooth examination and treatment of each patient. Your kind cooperation is greatly appreciated.。

• ❶ Please make sure to come on time.
  If you come in late, we are afraid that we must shorten your treatment time or ask you to reschedule.
• ❷ Please let us know as early as possible if you are unable to visit us on the day and at the time of the reservation.
• ❸ Please note that we might prioritize other patients over prescheduled appointments in case of emergency.
• ❹ Please also note that there may be a slight change in the order of examination, depending on the condition and treatment of each patient.

Step1　Appointment

Please make an appointment prior to your visit.
In case of emergency, you may visit us directly. However, please note that there may be a long waiting time.

Step２　We will create a medical record for new patients

• If you are a recipient of a health insurance subsidy, please bring your certificate.
• We will be checking your health insurance card every month.
• If you are a new patient, please fill out the required fields of a pre-examination questionnaire and submit to the reception desk. We will create your medical record.

Step３　Counseling

We will counsel you on your entire body.

• For toothache: from when and how.
• For cosmetic treatment and teeth straightening: please tell us the concerned areas and your wishes.
• Please do not hesitate to tell us about your wishes and anything you would like to inform us of.

Step４　Oral examination/X-ray examination/periodontal disease check

• In case of emergency (for pain, swelling, injury, etc.), We will focus on the area with serious symptoms in the examination.
• We will take an X-ray If necessary.

Step５　Briefing and explanation of treatment areas

We will inform you of your current dental condition in detail.

Step６　Treatment planning

Usually, we take your entire mouth into consideration when we design your treatment. We will carefully plan and give you a thorough explanation on your comprehensive treatment plan along with the treatment plan of the concerned areas.
We will also inform you of treatment cost for certain number of treatments required and treatment methods and types, and confirm treatment steps which best suit your lifestyle and conditions.

Step７　Treatment

We will begin your treatment. We will try our out best to alleviate pain and fear of the treatment, for instance, through use of anesthetics.

Step８　Maintenance and report

Once the treatment is done, we will have you check the treated areas and give you further guidance on your condition.
Upon completion of the entire treatment menu, we will provide you with instructions for prevention of a relapse of the symptoms.

Step９　Payment of the treatment expenses

Please wait in the waiting room until your name is called.
You will pay the treatment expense (partial charge etc.) and we will give you back your examination card, health care card, etc. You will make your next appointment here. If not necessary, we will ask you to fill out periodical checkup (recall) postcard or make an appointment for maintenance.
